RONALD H. NEMIROW and MATTHEW M. LINTON - Ron and Matt received a defense judgment before the jury was seated in Langseth v. Hartshorn. In this matter, the Plaintiff alleged that he received negligent advice regarding a treasurer's lien. After an oral argument on the first day of trial, the Court awarded judgment to the Defendant as matter of law in this legal malpractice case.
