KCF provides representation in a wide variety of employment matters, primarily for employers. The firm has many years of experience handling discrimination, harassment, wage and disability claims under federal law, as well as common law tort claims, contract claims and wage claims brought under state law. We regularly appear in both federal and state courts, before the EEOC and the Colorado Civil Rights Division, and are on the approved legal counsel panels of the major EPLI carriers. Our attorneys represent small and large employers, including public and private entities.

Our employment clients include public and private business, hospitals and medical groups. We also have a significant background in public entity liability and are able to bring that knowledge to serve our public entity clients when employment matters arise. KCF also provides pre-litigation advice and counseling to employers on general employment, pre-termination, wage, contract and overtime issues to help them avoid litigation and to comply with the numerous laws and regulations governing the employment relationship.
